"I compared the new "improved" part I just received with the broken original one. The cam that determines the height setting is definitely smaller on the new part than on the original! The wife is not happy with the lack of having three positions for height! Please fix this problem!"

"The description states it has been redesigned. It has, it appears to still be a three position part, but the cam that determines the height is smaller, resulting in reality it is only possible to have two positions."
