  "Perfect. Exactly what I needed for my rainbow. It had gotten to where when I was using it, it was like there was a issue with connection and it would go back and forth between sucking and not sucking rapidly. I ordered these new poles for it and now it works like new. I guess the original ones had finally seen their day."

  "This is the only one that I could find that would work for the SRX model (that has the oval opening instead of rectangular). It fits perfectly. The shipping material was excellent, so the item arrived in excellent condition. Communication from RainVac was efficient and correct. I have already ordered other products again once this order delivered. Highly recommend both the product and the seller!"

  Modifications are explained in detail about the face plate. This is also why we offer the complete assembly so you don't have to make modifications.We do not show any order history for a bowl or water pan, so we are guessing you ordered a generic from another site.

  "It works fine but the switch is a little tricky to move. It sticks and you have to use a little pressure to move it back and forth but it works."
