How do I use the web site?

The site is broken down by what model you have.

Parts

First select what model you have and then the component that you need the parts for.

Example:

Then select your component you are needing a part for:

Main Unit (The part that you plug into the wall and latch onto the water pan.)
Power Nozzle (The main attachment that you plug into the main unit to vacuum the carpet.)
AquaMate (The shampoo attachment.)
RainbowMate (The mini power nozzle for furniture, steps, car, etc.)
RainJet (New item that fits the SRX and Black series. Replace mopping on bare floors.)
MiniJet (A small shampoo attachment for spot cleaning.)

International orders are welcome.

Actual shipping rates will apply. International orders over $450.00 USD must be paid by wire transfer.

Please e-mail your order to us and we can give you a quote which will include shipping charges. We will charge the difference once package is shipped.

How do I confirm my order?

If you provided an e-mail address during checkout, you should have received an invoice with detailed information. Please check your spam folder and security settings in your e-mail manager.

How can I be sure I am ordering the correct part?

Please review the schematics page and view / download the correct schematic for your model. You may also call our technical support representatives at 800-640-2033. They can place your order and answer any questions you may have.

Do you use Original Equipment Manufacturer - OEM replacement parts?

99% of the parts we sell are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts from Rexair, LLC. who manufactures the Rainbow Cleaning System. In the rare occasion, we will offer a part made by a different company if Rexair, LLC. no longer makes it. Please read our OEM page for details.
