Brush roll including the gearbox with the EXTRA soft bristles for the version 2 side belt driven PN-12 power nozzle.
Order this if you have "soft-style" carpet or if you feel the standard or soft brush roll are too stiff and the power nozzle is "skipping" while you vacuum in certain directions.
NOTE: This is a special brush roll designed to deal with an issue as noted above. If you are not experiencing an issue, best to order the original R15389C replacement.
