Brush roll assembly that includes both gearboxes in a soft bristle stiffness.
Order this if have "soft-style" carpet or if you feel the standard brush roll is too stiff and is not "combing" the carpet as well or the power nozzle is "skipping" when you vacuum in certain directions.
Works with the version 2 side belt PN-12 power nozzle.
NOTE: This is a special brush roll designed to deal with an issue as noted above. If you are not experiencing an issue, best to order the original R15389C replacement.
