R1024 E through H Power Nozzle Brush Roll
4.5 out of 5 based on 2 reviews.Price: $68.24 USD
Complete factory OEM brush roll assembly for the R1024 power nozzle version E through H. Make sure you confirm what version R1024 you have. This brush roll has a metal keeper and felt seal. The brush roll for the A and B versions do not.
If you have the original "E" version, you will see that the end pulley is on a completely threaded shaft. This design has been discontinued, and the current design is a direct OEM replacement.
If you have a "D" version of the R1024, you will need to purchase an R1368 brush roll as it comes with the smaller diameter pulley that works with the non-relief soleplate that was standard equipment on that version.

"Received the brush roll after a long wait (back ordered.) Upon installation I found the righr plastic bump strip rubbed the sole plate when running. I was able to modify it by filing off and re-smoothing the end that was hitting the plate. I contacted the company and was told that this roll was out of production and was modified to service many of the older power heads. I does work better than the after market roll than I had been using. I wish it had ball bearings rather than bushings. It also comes complete with the newer pulley - no need to order a pulley. The customer rep called me prior to shipping and told me about the pulley that I didn't need and cancelled that part of my order. Over all it works as it should."

"Just like the original that came in the power nozzle when it was new in the later 1970's. Thank you Rainvac for having the parts to the older machines. I know that machines over 40 years old are hard to keep in stock, but Thank YOU!"
