"Rainbow intentionally designed their products to ensure the possibility of repair was impossible, and thanks to Right to Repair laws they have redesigned such products to accommodate. After a handful of years owning their AquaMate built prior to these consumer protection laws, only used it a few times, and the plastic gear for this roller had basically disintegrated. What should've been a simple part swap, ended up being nothing short of a fiasco--there is no method of getting into this device without breaking plastic clamps that hold the unit together. Hence, this brush roller replacement is entirely useless, as there is no safe method to actually replace it. I'm absolutely done with these overpriced/hyped Rainbow products. Waste of money and time."
