  "I love this! We bought my in-laws house who smoked every day in one particular room! And I ran my rainbow with this deodorizer everyday for a week and hour each day. Once in the morning and once in the evening and it got rid of the smoke smell completely! I have been hooked ever since! TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!"

  "Got this stick with the carbon brushes for an old D4, but didn't end up using it. I had some 6000 grit wet/dry sandpaper and used that instead. Would work though, and I'll keep it around for other dirty commutators."

  "My original wands were shorting out after years of use. I spoke to a representative who helped me troubleshoot, because I wasn't sure which exact part was causing the short. He was 100% correct. I simply replaced both wands and they are working perfectly. Awesome customer support! Thank you!"
